目的 探讨缺血预处理 (Ischemic Proconditioning IPC)对未成熟心脏全心缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法 对经历 5 Min缺血、10 Min再灌注的幼兔 (14~ 2 1天 )心脏进行离体灌注 ,观察其在生理温度 (39℃ )下接受 30 Min缺血、40 Min再灌注的心肌酶释放、心肌能量及病理变化。结果 IPC组全心缺血后心脏停跳持续时间明显延长 (P<0 .0 1) ,心肌 ATP含量明显减少 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;光、电镜显示两组心肌损伤差别不显著。结论 单纯缺血预处理并不能保护遭受全心缺血再灌注损伤的未成熟兔离体心脏。
Objective To investigate the effect of Ischemic Proconditioning IPC (IPC) on imperfusion-induced global ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits. Methods The hearts of young rabbits (14-21 days) undergoing 5 Min ischemia and 10 Min reperfusion were perfused ex vivo, and the myocardium subjected to 30 Min ischemia and 40 Min reperfusion at physiological temperature (39 ℃) Enzyme release, myocardial energy and pathological changes. Results The duration of cardiac arrest after IPC in IPC group was significantly prolonged (P <0.01), and the content of ATP in myocardium was significantly decreased (P <0.01 01). The light and electron microscopy showed no significant difference between the two groups . Conclusions Pure ischemic preconditioning does not protect the isolated rabbit heart from immature rabbit subjected to global ischemia-reperfusion injury.
