提出了一种可用于模块化设计的热关断电路，采用0.8μm BiCMOS 工艺参数进行仿真分析表明：该电路温度灵敏度高。不需要另外的基准信号，超低静态功耗，并可以通过外部信号来挫制工作状态，可用于1.5V～12V电源,能够作为电源管理芯片以及接口电路芯片中的过热保护模块。
