本文报导了依据容积导体的电场理论和肌电假肢的设计原则,运用三枚普通表面电极拾取肌电信号,自然控制三个自由度动作的肘下假肢的方法。为了衡量本方法的实用价值,曾应用阈值可调的逻辑电路在正常人和截肢者(各15例)身上进行测试。结果表明,无论在稳定性或在通用性方面均有明显的意义。最后,文中对本方法的理论基础也进行了讨论。
This paper reports the method of controlling the elbow prosthesis with three degrees of freedom by picking up the EMG signals by using three ordinary surface electrodes based on the electric field theory of volume conductor and the design principle of myoelectric prosthesis. In order to measure the practical value of the method, a threshold-adjustable logic circuit was used to test normal and amputees (15 in each case). The results show that there is significant significance both in terms of stability and versatility. Finally, the theoretical basis of this method is also discussed.
