心理学研究表明:人的知识的获得是智力因素与非智力因素相互影响,而又以非智力因素起决定性作用的过程。所谓非智力因素是指理想、兴趣、习惯、情感、意志等方面的因素。良好的非智力因素对智力因素的充分发挥有促进作用,对智力的某些弱点有补偿作用。智力因素基本上属于先天形成,而非智力因素则完全依赖于后天的教育、培养和开发。因此,在英语教学中,我们必须十分重视对学生的非智力因素的培养。
Psychological research shows that: the acquisition of human knowledge is the interaction of intellectual and non-intellectual factors, but non-intellectual factors play a decisive role in the process. The so-called non-intellectual factors refers to the ideal, interest, habits, emotions, will and other factors. Good non-intelligence factors can promote the full development of intelligence factors and compensate for some weaknesses of intelligence. Intellectual factors basically belong to innate formation, but not intellectual factors are completely dependent on the acquired education, training and development. Therefore, in English teaching, we must attach great importance to the cultivation of non-intellectual factors of students.
