古语说“:三年磨一剑”。三年的学习积累是中考成功的基石。我主要谈三点:一、和谐的师生关系是中考成功的一半1.注重学科德育功能,引导激励学生。思品课的德育功能是先教学生做人,然后再做学问。思品教师更应以身作则。在课堂教学中因达不到预期效果就打击学生,会挫伤学生的积极性,造成心理隔阂,影响和谐师生关系的形成。因此,我更多地从小事入手,发现学生的闪光点,不吝啬鼓励和表扬;不放弃一个差生,挖掘其潜能,一步步实现差生向优生的转化。

Instead of giving up a poor student and digging out her potential, I gradually realized the transformation of poor students into eugenics.
