比利时BALTOSPOT系列X光机配套的CF5微机控制箱,因其产品先进、操作方便,与进口同类产品比较价格亦稍低,因此受到我国无损检测工作者的青睐。通过长期使用觉得CF5控制箱也有不足之处,当X光机连续工作或在夏季环境温度稍高的季节工作时,CF5控制箱很容易发生故障,其原因主要是散热装置效果不良造成的,这可能与比利时地处北欧,气温较低,在设计中对高温使用的环境考虑较少等因素有关。我厂1988年引进三台GFC305周向X光机,在连续使用中经常发生CF5控制箱故障,主线路散热板部位的电器元件因散热不良造成脱煌或元器件损坏,影响生产,如要配进口元器件,修理费亦较昂贵。
