企业间协同与价值创造一直是学者们探讨的焦点。本文在波特和伊丹广之研究的基础上围绕着企业间协同创造价值的本质,企业间协同成功的前提条件两个问题进行研究,认为企业间组合效应除了互补效应和协同效应外还应包括集束效应。企业间价值创造的本质是在集群效应或是知识衍生效应下的规模收益。而且协同共享是有成本的,只有组合收益超过共享成本企业间协同才能成功。
Collaboration between companies and value creation have always been the focus of scholars’ discussion. Based on the research of Porter and Itami Guang, this paper revolves around the essence of the collaborative creation of value between companies and the preconditions for successful collaboration between companies. It is believed that the combination effect among companies should include not only complementary effects but also synergistic effects. Bundling effect. The essence of the value creation among enterprises is the scale benefit under the cluster effect or knowledge derivative effect. Moreover, collaborative sharing is costly, and only if the combined revenue exceeds the cost of sharing can the collaboration be successful.
