通过改变转子转速和混炼初始温度,考察了钢丝圈胶料的排胶温度、混炼转矩与填料分散效果之间的相关性,并研究了混炼效果对粘合性能的影响。结果表明,提高转子转速及混炼初始温度,胶料的混炼转矩降低,排胶温度升高;选择适宜转子转速和混炼温度有助于提高填料分散效果;当分散性较好时,胶料综合力学性能、动态力学性能和粘合性能均提高。
By changing the rotating speed of the rotor and the initial temperature of the mixing, the relationship between the temperature of de-gluing of the bead ring compound, the mixing torque and the dispersion effect of the filler was investigated. The effect of the mixing effect on the adhesion performance was also studied. The results show that the increase of the rotor speed and the initial mixing temperature decrease the mixing torque of the rubber compound and increase the temperature of the gumming gum. Choosing appropriate rotor speed and mixing temperature will help to improve the packing dispersion effect. When the dispersibility is good, Rubber compound mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical properties and adhesion properties are improved.
