教学改革以来,小学英语课程发生了很大的变化,教学质量大大提高,但是,如今的小学英语教学还是存在着很多不如意的地方,这些也是普遍存在的,而且在很多老师身上都有出现过,比如新旧教学方式的区别不清楚,重教轻学依然存在,没有把学生放在主体位置上,满堂灌也是老师惯用的教学方法,没有发挥学生的主体性去进行发现式学习与探究式学习。老师的教学行为是提高英语教学质量的重要保障,我们要注意自身教学行为的能力提高。
