基础和地基是建筑工程设计和操作施工中非常重要的一个部分,要求回填土和地基土不能产生破坏,也不能产生比较大的变形,否则就会使建筑物的结构遭受破坏。在选择地基持力层的时候,设计人员都会根据地质勘察的报告内容慎重的选择。土方工程是建筑工程施工的基础,在施工中由于受到地形条件和地质因素的影响,使得施工无法正常进行,因此就需要在施工中对土方进行开挖和填筑施工。在施工阶段要注重对土方的填筑与压实阶段,做到各个施工环节的严格控制。本文就土方工程施工中填筑与压实环节的施工重点分析,提出有效的施工措施。
