近年来,国内外广泛开展应用激光照射作物种子和植株的研究,很多结果都证明:应用适宜的激光剂量处理种子,有提高种子的发芽率、刺激植株生长、促进发育、增加产量、改良品质的效果。由于激光能产生光效应、热效应、光压效应和电磁场效应,引起植物体的结构和化学组成发生改变,从而产生性状上的变异,为育种提供选择的原始材料。因此,激光作为一种能源,是育种的一个新方法。但应用激光处理种子后,存放时间的长短不同,是否会影响激光所产生的生物学效应,则研究较少。本文研究了激光处理种子后,不同存放期对种子发芽的初步影响。现将实验结果总结如下,供参考。
In recent years, the application of laser irradiation of crop seeds and plants has been extensively studied both at home and abroad. Many results have proved that the application of appropriate laser doses to seed treatment can increase the seed germination rate, stimulate plant growth, promote development, increase yield and improve quality effect. As the laser can produce light effects, thermal effects, light pressure effects and electromagnetic field effects, causing changes in the structure and chemical composition of plants, resulting in trait variation, provide the choice of raw materials for breeding. Therefore, laser as a kind of energy is a new method of breeding. However, the application of laser treatment of seeds, the storage of different lengths, will affect the biological effects of laser, the less research. In this paper, the primary effects of different storage periods on seed germination after laser treatment of seeds were studied. The experimental results are summarized below, for reference.
