前 言 目前,注油冷却回转式压缩机在国内外各个工矿企业已得到了广泛的应用,但是在反映机器性能的重要参数排气温度上,迄今为止都是用温度计直接插入测量的。由于油气混合在一起,油与气体的温度不同,使所测温度与实际情况不符,无法了解机器内部压缩过程及油气热平衡程度,给进一步改善机器性能带来了困难。根据管内注油冷却气体测量实验结果分析,用直接插入法测量油气混合流中气体温度,其误差是相当大的。因此目前很有必要对测量注油冷却回转式压缩机的排气温度进行研究。
Foreword At present, oil-cooled rotary compressors have been widely used in various industrial and mining enterprises both at home and abroad, but the temperature of the exhaust gas, which is an important parameter reflecting the performance of the machine, has so far been directly measured with a thermometer. Due to the mixture of oil and gas, the temperature difference between oil and gas makes the measured temperature inconsistent with the actual situation, and can not understand the compression process and the thermal balance of oil and gas within the machine, which brings difficulties to further improve the machine performance. According to the analysis of experimental results of the measurement of the oil-filled cooling gas in the pipe, the error of the gas temperature in the mixed gas-oil flow measured by the direct insertion method is quite large. Therefore, it is necessary to study the measurement of the exhaust temperature of oil-cooled rotary compressor.
