目的为了解肿瘤患者化疗后医院感染患病率及病源菌特点及抗生素应用情况进行回顾性调查。方法对化疗后肿瘤患者院内感染病例进行流行病学调查分析。结果共检查出院病例为6734

目的为了解肿瘤患者化疗后医院感染患病率及病源菌特点及抗生素应用情况进行回顾性调查。方法对化疗后肿瘤患者院内感染病例进行流行病学调查分析。结果共检查出院病例为6734例,其中168例感染病例中,108例患者接受化疗,总感染率为2.58%。结论肿瘤患者化疗后发生医院感染与免疫功能低下有关。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of nosocomial infections and the characteristics of pathogenic bacteria in patients with cancer after chemotherapy and the application of antibiotics for retrospective investigation. Methods Epidemiological investigation of patients with nosocomial infections after chemotherapy was conducted. Results A total of 6,734 discharged patients were examined. Of the 168 infected patients, 108 received chemotherapy and the total infection rate was 2.58%. Conclusion Tumor patients with nosocomial infection after chemotherapy and immune dysfunction.
