“失误”一词,诠释为“由于疏忽或水平不高而造成差错”。如何看待失误,很有认真思考一下的必要。有的同志总把失误当作很坏的东西、消极的因素,僧而恶之,这是不够全面的,也不符合对事物的认识规律。领导者应树立正确的失误观,辩证地对待失误。这在我们力倡放胆改革的今天,无疑有重要的现实意义。首先,要更新对待失误的价值观念。领导干部不要轻易地否定所有的失误,要认识到失误也有其一定的价值。尤其是在当前大胆改革的背景下,树立起“失误亦有功”的意识,可谓不算悖理。
