目的为了修订更适合于中国军人的集体效能感量表。方法采用分层随机取样法对抽取的15名陆军军人进行结构式访谈。结果将15名军人对访谈内容的答案进行归纳。结论对访谈结果进行整理,并以此为参照修订了适合于中国军人(陆军)集体效能感测量的高信、效度量表。
Objective To revise the collective efficacy scale that is more suitable for Chinese military personnel. Methods Stratified random sampling method was used to conduct structured interviews with 15 Army soldiers. The results of the 15 soldiers summarized the answers to the interview. Conclusion The interview results are organized and used as a reference to revise the high-confidence and validity scale suitable for Chinese military (Army) collective efficacy measures.
