目的探讨准分子激光角膜切削术后角膜厚度的变化。方法采用Tomey，SP—2000型角膜超声测厚仪测量PRK术前及术后1月、3月及6月的角膜厚度。结果角膜厚度1月与3月、6月之间有显著差异，3月与6月之间无显著差异，A、B两组间术后1月、3月有显著差异，6月无显著差异。结论PRK术后角膜厚度在3个月时趋于稳定，术前屈光度的高低与术后角膜厚度的大小无关。
Objective To investigate the change of corneal thickness after excimer laser keratectomy. Methods The corneal thickness of PRK before and after operation in January, March and June were measured by Tomey and SP-2000 corneal echocardiography. Results There was a significant difference in corneal thickness between January and March and June, with no significant difference between March and June. There was a significant difference between January and March after A and B, but no significant difference between June and June . Conclusion PRK postoperative corneal thickness at 3 months tends to be stable, the level of preoperative refraction and postoperative corneal thickness has nothing to do with the size.
