当前医院干部考查的实践与思考

1 医院考查干部的主要内容 干部考核工作大多采用个别谈话、开座谈会等方式进行,由考查者听取各方面人员对考查对象的评价,经过汇总分析,得出结论。1.1 动员:1998年8月,我院党委按照《党政干部选拔任用工作暂行条例》规定的选人用人的原则、标准和程序,对干部换届人事安排方案进行了认真研究和讨论,组织考查组,拟定考查方案,对职能部门机构设置进行了适当的调整。党委书记和院长在中层干部大会上作动员报告,使大家统一思想,对中层干部换届、竞争、交流、轮岗有了统一的认识和态度。1.2 述职:组织全体职能部门科长共 1 The main contents of the hospital’s examination of cadres Most of the cadres’ assessment work was conducted using individual conversations, open forums, etc. The examiners listened to the evaluation of the examinees by all parties, and after a summary analysis, came to the conclusion. 1.1 Mobilization: In August 1998, the party committee of our institute carried out serious research and discussions on the cadre re-scheduling personnel arrangement program in accordance with the principles, criteria, and procedures for selecting and employing people as stipulated in the Interim Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Party and Governmental Cadres, and organized the examination group.
