通过扫描电镜研究了不同龄期的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(ethylene-vinyl acetate,EVA)和乙烯-氯乙烯-月桂酸乙烯酯(ethylene/vinyl chloride/vinyl laurate,E/VC/VL)两种可再分散乳胶粉改性水泥浆体和砂浆中Ca(OH)2的形貌变化。结果表明:硬化EVA胶粉和硬化E/VC/VL胶粉改性水泥砂浆中的CH存在特殊“厚六方板状”形貌特征,这一现象的出现证实了两种胶粉对水泥水化进程的延迟效应并为可再分散乳胶粉延迟水泥水化进程的研究提供了新的思路。
Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to study the effects of ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) and ethylene / vinyl chloride / vinyl laurate (E / VC / VL) Morphology of Ca (OH) 2 in Redispersed Latex Modified Cement Paste and Mortar. The results show that there is a special “thick hexagonal plate ” shape in CH with modified EVA rubber powder and hardened E / VC / VL rubber powder modified cement mortar. The appearance of this phenomenon proves that the effect of two kinds of rubber powder on cement The delayed effect of hydration process and provided a new idea for the research of delayed cement hydration process of redispersible polymer powders.
