目的通过实验获取30个不同产地诃子的红外光谱。方法用化学计量方法预处理诃子的红外光谱信息,再建立主成分分析与聚类分析模型。结果所建模型合理地实现了不同产地诃子的迅速鉴别。结论红外光谱结合化学计量法是一种快速、无损地评价诃子的有效方法,可为研究其他植物药提供科学依据和理论基础。
Objective To obtain the infrared spectra of myrobalan from 30 different producing areas through experiments. Methods The stoichiometric method was used to pretreat the infrared spectrum of Myrobalan. Then the principal component analysis and cluster analysis model were established. Results The model built reasonably realized the rapid identification of Myrobalan from different origins. Conclusion Infrared spectroscopy combined with stoichiometry is a rapid and nondestructive method to evaluate Myrobalan, which can provide scientific basis and theoretical basis for the study of other botanicals.
