研究水分对亚洲玉米螟[Ostrinia furnacalis(Guenée)]越冬幼虫化蛹的影响及幼虫饮水后体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性变化。结果表明,水是影响越冬幼虫复苏至化蛹阶段的关键因子。在湿度40%、温度22℃~28℃条件下加温处理,越冬幼虫最佳饮水时间为加温后20~30 d,此阶段满足其饮水需要,化蛹率增高且化蛹比较集中。当多次饮水时,其化蛹率随饮水次数的增加而增高,当饮水次数达到3次时,化蛹率接近100%。对越冬幼虫饮水后连续4 d体内SOD和POD的活性测定表明,饮水后其体内SOD和POD比同期不饮水的幼虫活性增高。分析认为,两种酶的活性增高与其饮水后化蛹发育和代谢增强有关。
The effects of water on pupation of overwintering larvae of Ostrinia furnacalis (Guenée) and the changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) activities in larvae after drinking water were studied. The results showed that water was the key factor that affected the recovery of overwintering larvae to pupae stage. Under the condition of 40% humidity and 22 ℃ ~ 28 ℃, the optimum drinking time of overwintering larvae was 20 ~ 30 d after heating, which could meet the need of drinking water, the pupation rate increased and pupation was more concentrated. When drinking more water, the pupation rate increased with the increase of the number of drinking water, when the number of drinking water reached 3, the pupation rate close to 100%. The activity of SOD and POD in drinking water of overwintering larvae for 4 days showed that the activities of SOD and POD in drinking water were higher than those in non-drinking larvae. The analysis shows that the activity of the two enzymes is related to their pupae development and metabolism enhancement after drinking.
