小学班主任工作难点及培训对策研究

班主任身兼教育者和管理者双重职责,其个人和队伍的素质决定着学校德育成效和学生全面发展。加强班主任培训、提高班主任素质已成当务之急。实证研究表明,小学班主任队伍呈现女性多、年龄轻、经验丰富等特点,工作难点集中体现在实际操作层面,因此,小学班主任的培训应在理论与实践相结合的框架内,以实践为导向,注重培养小学班主任的实际工作能力。 Class teacher and dual roles of educators and managers, the quality of their individual and team determines the effectiveness of school moral education and overall development of students. It is a top priority to strengthen the training of headteachers and improve the quality of headteachers. The empirical research shows that the headmasters in primary schools are characterized by many females, young age and rich experience. The difficulties in work are concentrated in the practical operation. Therefore, the training of headmasters in primary schools should be guided by practice within the framework of combining theory with practice, Focus on training primary school class teacher’s practical ability.
