目的探讨慢性丙型肝炎肝组织病变与肝细胞凋亡的相互关系.方法采用免疫组化方法对比检测了30例慢性丙型肝炎患者肝组织中的Fas抗原(FasAg)和Fas配体(FasL)的表达.结果FasAg的表达主要在肝细胞浆,尤以邻近“碎屑样坏死”的淋巴细胞浸润区的肝细胞为甚,而FasL主要表达于炎症明显区的淋巴细胞.慢性丙型肝炎肝组织中FasAg和FasL表达的检出率分别为667%(20/30)和633%(19/30),FasAg和FasL表达阳性组的肝组织病变比阴性组严重;而且,随着组织炎症活动程度的加重其FasAg和FasL表达也明显增强(χ2分别为3155和2346,P<001);此外,FasAg和FasL的表达与患者的性别无关(χ2分别为012和003,P>005),与患者的年龄和血清ALT水平无关(t值分别为142和144,P>005),但与血清总胆红素(TBil)、清蛋白(A)、A/G和凝血酶原活动度(PTA)有关(t值分别为224和230,215和208,218和209,254和248,P<005).结论CTLFasFasL介导的肝细胞凋亡在慢性丙型肝炎肝组织的炎症?
Objective To investigate the relationship between liver lesions and hepatocellular apoptosis in chronic hepatitis C patients. Methods The expression of Fas antigen (FasAg) and Fas ligand (Fas ligand) in liver tissues of 30 patients with chronic hepatitis C were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of FasAg was mainly in the liver cytoplasm, especially in the hepatocytes adjacent to the “debris-like necrosis” lymphocyte infiltration area, while FasL was mainly expressed in the lymphocytes in the area of inflammation.
