本文依据敦煌文书及蕃汉传统史籍，对吐蕃敦煌（沙州）部落使进行了较为系统的论述。吐蕃沙州部落是吐蕃占领敦煌后，将其本部的军事部落建制和民部落建制与唐代敦煌乡、里制相结合，在敦煌设置的部落、将组织，是吐蕃统治敦煌的社会基层组织。吐蕃敦煌部落分为军事部落、民部落、准军事部落三种类型，其长官均称为部落使、部落大使。部落使是吐蕃沙州军政机构的重要长官，其职略同于唐代乡官，负责部落一级政务。部落使之诸僚属负责部落内部事务。吐蕃部落组织还影响到了沙州归义军政权时期的部落组织的设置 Based on the Dunhuang documents and the traditional Chinese history books, this article systematically discusses the Dunhuang (Shazhou) Tribe in Tibet.
