本文以应用型人才培养目标为切入点,结合大学生应该具备的职业素养,总结出体育教师应重点培养应用型学生的核心能力,以促进体育教师转变教学观念,从而提高体育教学的质量和水平。 Based on the goal of cultivating applied talents, this dissertation concludes that PE teachers should focus on cultivating the core competence of applied students in order to promote PE teachers to change their teaching conception so as to improve the quality and level of PE teaching.
