经中国科协批准,中国水利学会于1980年12月7～12日在长沙召开了水文测验学术讨论会。与会的有各有关单位的代表共150余人。会议共收到论文210多篇。在大会上宣读的有总报告11篇及论文介绍55份。 这次会议是对我国水文测验技术发展的一次总结、交流和推动。建国以来,水文测验技术有很大的发展,基本建成了水文站网,对站网规划原则进行了大量的研究和实践,研究改进了适应
With the approval of China Association for Science and Technology, China Hydraulics Society held a hydrological test seminar in Changsha from December 7 to December 1980. There were over 150 representatives from relevant departments attending the meeting. The conference received a total of more than 210 papers. There were 11 general reports and 55 papers present in the conference. This meeting is a summary, exchange and promotion of the development of hydrological test technology in our country. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, great progress has been made in hydrological testing technology. Hydrological station network has basically been completed, and a great deal of research and practice has been conducted on the planning principles of station network.
