针对实际电网中普遍存在的串行供电网络,提出一种在调度主站实现的区域备用电源自动投入(简称备自投)系统。该系统综合利用全网信息,有效解决串行供电网络故障时的恢复供电问题。系统能自动识别串行供电变电站数目,并且能处理双回线、母联分位运行等情况。文中基于电网调度自动化系统实现区域备自投功能,并利用其调度员培训仿真模块进行区域备自投逻辑测试。系统经过严格的逻辑测试和现场开环测试,已经在永煤电网投入开环运行。
Aiming at the serial power supply network which is ubiquitous in the actual power grid, an automatic standby power supply system (hereinafter referred to as standby automatic switch-on) is proposed for the regional main power station. The system comprehensive utilization of the whole network of information, an effective solution to the problem of serial power supply network recovery power supply problems. The system can automatically identify the number of serial power supply substation, and can handle the double line, the bus sub-bit operation and so on. In this paper, regional dispatching automation is implemented based on grid dispatching automation system, and its dispatcher training simulation module is used to carry out regional autoritration logic test. The system undergoes rigorous logic test and field open-loop test, and has been put into open-loop operation in Yong Coal Power Grid.
