自出现学校教育以来,在每个班级里都相应存在着优、中、差三类学生。很多教育家与教师都想尽一切方法试图改善这种状况,致力于后进生质量的提高,特别是近几年,随着教改的不断深入,努力转化后进生,大面积提高教学质量的改革活动方兴未艾,并且取得了可喜的成果。笔者在这几年的教学中总结了一些如何转化后进生的做法,以供参考。
