研究了同源的抗枯萎病品种西农87岱16抗和感枯萎病品种原岱16棉花种子的生化成分及其性质差异。结果表明,抗病性不同的两类品种的种子球蛋白的种类,不同分子量球蛋白的合成比率及次生代谢物棉紫素的含量都有较大变化。本项研究结果支持定向培育法是一种科学的棉花抗病育种方法。
The biochemical composition and properties of the homologous fusarium wilt resistant cultivar Xianyong 87 Dai 16 and the fusarium wilt variety Dai-16 were studied. The results showed that there were great changes in the types of seed globulin, the synthetic ratios of different molecular weight globulin and the content of the secondary metabolite cotton violet in the two varieties with different disease resistance. The results of this study support directional cultivation method is a scientific cotton breeding methods.
