从长远发展的观点看,油田企业将从封闭向完全开放过渡,彻底引入社会化竞争。面对发展带来的机遇和挑战,同时也面临如何合理配置人力资源的问题,采用多种用工方式,优化人员结构,改善成本支出,有助于进一步促进企业的可持续发展。劳务派遣工管理,应当大力倡导“以人为本”的理念,实施人性化管理,消除非体制性障碍,视员工为企业最大财富,将人力资源与企业发展战略紧密联系在一起。
From a long-term development point of view, oilfield enterprises will transition from a closed to fully open, completely introduce social competition.
