新常态下我国集体劳动争议的发展特点及应对措施

伴随着我国经济结构调整和创新驱动发展进入新常态,劳动者的利益需求越来越呈现的多元化特征。集体劳动争议也呈现出了数量增长快、规模扩大化、多样化形式、利益诉求多元化、爆发集中化、组织性更强等新特点。研究当前集体劳动争议的发展特点及应对措施,重点考虑畅通劳动者的诉求渠道,积极调整工会与仲裁、审判机构的功能,更好发挥它们的作用,让集体劳动争议在和谐的社会环境中实现良好协商、高效调解、公平仲裁、公开审判。 With China’s economic restructuring and innovation driven development into a new normal, the needs of workers increasingly diverse characteristics of the show.
