随着新课程改革的全面实施,信息技术与课程整合已成为教育改革的一个必然趋势,也是对于新世纪教师的一个基本要求。从某种意义上说,随着社会发展而不断更新教学设备,优化教学技术,是教学发展的历史规律和客观要求。正如联合国教科文组织国际21世纪教育委员会所指出的:“新技术使人类进入了信息传播全球化的时代,这些新技术正在我们眼前引起一场真的革命,这场革命既影响着生产和工作有关的活动,又影响着与教学和培训有关的活动。”
