目的探讨广西正常人群中脑膜炎奈瑟菌Y群的感染情况及免疫水平,为流脑预防提供科学依据。方法在广西梧州市、南丹县、来宾市和全州县按年龄分层随机抽样,共调查0~82岁人群434人。对调查对象采集咽拭子进行脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Nm)培养,采集血清标本用ELISA法检测Y群脑膜炎球菌多糖抗体IgG含量,以抗体浓度≥2μg/mL者为阳性。结果调查对象中未检出Y群带菌者。抗体阳性率为4.38%,阳性者几何平均浓度(GMC)为3.89μg/mL;3~4岁组已有阳性者,年龄高峰在25~34岁组(12.24%),25岁以上人群平均抗体阳性率(8.03%)显著高于25岁以下人群(2.69%)(χ2=6.3757,P<0.05);各地区、性别之间抗体阳性率和阳性者GMC及年龄组之间阳性者GMC差异均无统计学意义。结论广西存在Y群流脑感染,且儿童时期已经发生。人群对Y群流脑有很高的易感性,其中25岁以下是高危险人群。
Objective To investigate the infection status and immunological status of Neisseria meningitidis group Y in normal population of Guangxi and provide a scientific basis for the prevention of meningococcal meningitis. Methods Randomly stratified by age stratification in Wuzhou city, Nandan county, Laibin city and Quanzhou county of Guangxi. A total of 434 people aged 0-82 years were investigated. Throat swabs were collected from subjects for culture of Neisseria meningitides (Nm). Serum samples were collected to detect the IgG content of Y meningococcal polysaccharide antibody by ELISA, and the antibody concentration was ≥2μg / mL. Results No Y group carriers were detected in the survey subjects. The positive rate of antibody was 4.38%, the positive geometric mean concentration (GMC) was 3.89μg / mL. The positive rate was between 3 and 4 years old (25.24%) and the average antibody (Χ2 = 6.3757, P <0.05). The positive rate of GMC in each region and gender was positively correlated with that of GMC in age group No statistical significance. Conclusion There is group Y meningitis in Guangxi and childhood has occurred. The population is highly susceptible to Group Y meningitis, of whom 25 are under high risk.
