目的:筛选蛹虫草口服液总多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计试验考察提取温度、提取时间、料液比和提取次数四因素对蛹虫草口服液多糖提取率的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度为100℃、提取时间为2 h、料液比为1:10(g/mL)、提取次数为3次。在最佳提取工艺条件下,蛹虫草口服液多糖的提取率为2.781%。结论:优选的工艺稳定可行,可为蛹虫草口服液的生产提供参考。
Objective: To screen the optimum extraction technology of total polysaccharide from Cordyceps Militaris oral liquid. Methods: The effects of extraction temperature, extraction time, the ratio of solid to liquid and the number of extraction on the extraction rate of polysaccharides from Cordyceps Militaris oral liquid were investigated by orthogonal design. Results: The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: the extraction temperature was 100 ℃, the extraction time was 2 h, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:10 (g / mL) and the number of extraction was 3 times. Under the optimum extraction conditions, the extraction rate of polysaccharides from Cordyceps militaris oral solution was 2.781%. Conclusion: The optimal process is stable and feasible, which can provide a reference for the production of oral Cordyceps Militaris.
