从企业需求的视角探讨了中国背景下企业高层管理者的战略领导能力。以103家企业高层管理者招聘广告为样本,采用文本挖掘技术,从基本要求和战略要求两个方面探讨企业高层管理者战略领导能力的构成因素。研究发现:从基本要求看,企业对高层管理者的学历、年龄、知识和专业没有具体要求,对工作经历和从业时间的要求相对清晰和明确;从战略要求来看,企业更希望高层管理者具备判断决策能力、沟通能力、前瞻能力、统率全局能力、灵活应变能力和团队合作能力。
The Strategic Leadership Ability of Top Managers in China from the Perspective of Enterprise Demand. Based on the recruitment advertisements of 103 top managers, this paper uses text mining technology to explore the compositional factors of senior managers’ strategic leadership from the basic requirements and strategic requirements. The study found that: from the basic requirements, enterprises do not have specific requirements for senior management’s qualifications, age, knowledge and profession, and the requirements for work experience and working time are relatively clear and clear; from the strategic requirements, enterprises also hope that top management Have the ability to judge the decision-making ability, communication skills, forward-looking ability, the overall rate of command ability, flexibility and teamwork ability.
