基于GIS和模糊数学理论,提出了工程移民安置区选择评价模型,为移民安置区选择提供了一种新的决策方法.该模型通过采用熵信息论建立了综合考虑主客观影响的复合均权法得到指标的权重,减少了指标权重确定的片面性;并采用GIS空间分析功能生成安置区的备选集,从根本上保证了模糊评价的数据源质量,使得评价结果更加科学准确.最后结合应用示例,对模型进行实例分析,结果表明该模型是有效的.
Based on the theory of GIS and fuzzy mathematics, this paper puts forward a selection evaluation model of resettlement area, which provides a new decision-making method for the selection of resettlement areas. The model establishes a composite average weight method which considers the subjective and objective effects through the use of entropy information theory The weights of the indexes are reduced, and the one-sidedness of determining the weights of the indexes is reduced. By using the GIS spatial analysis function to generate alternative sets of resettlement areas, the data source quality of the fuzzy evaluation is fundamentally guaranteed and the evaluation results are more scientific and accurate.Finally, with application examples, An example analysis of the model shows that the model is effective.
