在社会主义市场经济条件下,随着医药卫生体制改革的不断深入,社会大环境的不断变化,基层医院职工的成分构成、工作生活状态和思想状况也随之改变,这使医院工会工作在参与、建设、维护和教育四项基本职能的运行中也出现了许多新情况和新问题。本文通过对职工诉求的调查,探讨基层医院工会在基本职能运行中存在的问题,提出医院工会组织基本职能运行的新思路、新方法。
