In order to understand the level of intelligence development of infants and toddlers aged 0 ~ 3 in our city, in August 1993, intelligence tests were performed on the Gerszel intelligent diagnosis of development in 111 cases of infants aged 0 ~ 3 living within the harbor area of our city. Results The analysis is as follows: 1. The total DQ of 111 children aged 0 ~ 3 in our city was 99.58 ± 17.88, the big exercise DQ was 104.45 ± 16.45, the physical property was 99.16 ± 15.51, the language DQ was 96.80 ± 16.63, Is 101.50 ± 17.47. Lower than Beijing, Shanghai and other developed cities. 2. The prevalence of mental retardation, total DQ critical abnormalities 2 people, accounting for 1.83% of the survey population; 56 to 75 between the four, accounting for 3.61%; 36 55 between two, accounting for 1.81%. Throughout the test results, the prevalence of language development in children under test is poorer than that in other energy regions. The number of critical anomalies in language is significantly greater than the other three energy regions. Abnormal children accounted for 38.89%, the total DQ is not normal. This shows that the early development of language is an important way to improve pediatric intelligence. Etiological analysis of developmental abnormalities: 111 cases of children with total criticality and abnormal total of 11, and premature birth, asphyxia and other birth conditions and genetic factors are closely related. Through this survey, we initially mastered the level and influencing factors of infants and young children from 0 to 3 years old in our city and provided a reliable basis for strengthening maternal and child health care in the future.
