钴是豆科植物固氮作用所必需的微量元素之一。因为钻是维生素B_(12)的重要成分,而维生素B_(12)又参与豆科植物根瘤中血红蛋白的形成。土壤中缺钻会使豆科植物的根瘤发育不良,降低共生固氮的效率。一般土壤中速效钻的含量低于0.02ppm时即影响豆科植物的固氮作用。酸性土壤尤易缺钴。我们从1979年开始研究钻在紫云英生产中的应用,取得了较明显的效果。现将几项试验情况简介如下:一、紫云英水培液中钴的最适浓度常用的钻肥有硫酸钻、碳酸钴和氯化钴。从紫云英水培液中钻的最适浓度试验看出,不接
