电子商务的飞速发展要求快递企业在商品配送环节强有力的支持,因此众多快递公司应运而生,但是快速的加盟与扩张,使得快递服务质量并没有与其业务量共同上升,快递消费者权益遭到种种侵害。尤其是侵害快递客户的个人信息事件层出不穷,本文从快递行业消费者界定出发,探寻快递消费者个人信息泄露的原因,最终提出保护快递消费者个人信息的相关对策。
