氯化钠注射液的含量测定,《中国药典》95版(二部)采用了“银量法。以0.1mol·L~(-1)硝酸银溶液为滴定液,吸附指示剂荧光黄指示终点。我们在实际工作中发现,在对氯化钠注射液进行含量测定时,当被滴溶液的pH值为弱酸性时,终点颜色变化不敏锐,从而影响滴定结果的准确性。如果向被测溶液中加入一定量2.5%硼砂溶液调节pH值使之为弱碱性,这时终点极易观察。现介绍如下。1 药品与试剂 0.9%氯化钠注射液(pH值分别为4.8,5.5,6.3)由贵州天地药业股份有限公司提供;0.1 mol·L~(-1)硝酸银滴定液(按《中国药典》95年版附录配制);2.5%硼砂与2%糊精溶液(实验室配)。
