根据南水北调引道工程路面结构施工相关技术要求,结合室内材料试验,研究得出按粗砂(0~5 mm):小石(5~20 mm):中石(20~40 mm)=25%:30%:45%的质量比配制能满足级配碎石控制指标要求。通过室外碾压试验得出15 cm厚级配碎石底基层在最优含水条件下,采用虚铺厚度为18 cm,20 t振动平碾碾压,行走速度为2~3 km/h,碾压8遍为最优施工组合。
According to the technical requirements of pavement structure construction of South-North Water Diversion Project and the test of indoor materials, it is concluded that the coarse sand (0-5 mm): small stone (5-20 mm): medium stone (20-40 mm) = 25% %: 45% of the mass ratio to meet the graded gravel control indicators.
