运用双阀芯控制系统的优点,针对液压挖掘机工作装置不同的工况,提出基于流量控制与压力控制的组合控制方案,实现流量不受负载变化的影响,同时降低系统背压。根据控制方案建立了联合仿真模型,仿真结果表明该组合控制方案可行。但仿真中PID控制器不能很好的保持系统稳定性,因此设计了模糊控制器修正控制方案,使响应特性得到明显改善。最后通过实验验证,结果表明本方案可以有效降低系统能耗。
According to the different operating conditions of hydraulic excavator, a combined control scheme based on flow control and pressure control is put forward. The flow is not affected by the load change and the back pressure of the system is reduced at the same time. According to the control scheme, a co-simulation model is established. The simulation results show that the combined control scheme is feasible. But in the simulation, the PID controller can not maintain the stability of the system very well. Therefore, the fuzzy controller correction control scheme is designed so that the response characteristics are obviously improved. Finally, the experimental verification results show that this scheme can effectively reduce the system energy consumption.
