本文报道“三种温度沼气发酵产气及卫生效果的研究”。作者采用瓶试沼气发酵。发酵液为干稻草粉、人粪尿和牛粪等综合配料,加入一定比例的菌种液,总固体重为6.9％,挥发性固体重为5.25％,pH为7.2。每个5升发酵瓶盛发酵液4升,一次性投料,分别放入45℃、37℃恒温箱中及室温发酵(气温为20—32℃)。结果:45℃发酵6小时后钩虫卵全部死亡;经2—3天蛔虫卵死亡100％;经2—7天大肠杆菌值升为10是~(-4)。37℃发酵10天,钩虫卵死亡100％;经20—26天蛔虫卵死亡率分别为96.45％和98.9％;经12—15天大肠杆菌值升为10~(-4)。常温发酵一个月,杀卵灭菌的效果不明显。 4升发酵液发酵一月,45℃的总产气量为92.30升,日平均为3.08升,料气量比为1∶0.77;37℃发酵依次为70.00升,2.33升及1∶0.58;常温发酵依次为28.65升,0.96升及1∶0.24。三者以45℃发酵为优。文中着重讨论了沼气发酵的不同温度与杀卵灭菌及产气效果等的关系。
This article reports “three temperature biogas fermentation gas production and health effects.” The author uses biogas fermentation test bottles. Fermentation broth is dry powder, human excrement and cow manure and other comprehensive ingredients, adding a certain proportion of bacterial liquid, the total solid weight of 6.9%, volatile solids weight of 5.25%, pH 7.2. The mortality of Ascaris eggs was 96.45% and 98.9% after 20-26 days, respectively, and the value of Escherichia coli increased to 10 ~ (-4) after 12-15 days. Fermentation at room temperature for a month, the effect of ovicidal sterilization is not obvious. 4 liters of fermentation broth fermentation in January, 45 ℃ total gas production was 92.30 liters, the average daily 3.08 liters, feed gas ratio of 1: 0.77; 37 ℃ fermentation followed by 70.00 liters, 2.33 liters and 1: 0.58; 28.65 liters, 0.96 liters and 1: 0.24. The three fermentation at 45 ℃ is excellent. The article focuses on the biogas fermentation of different temperatures and kill oviposition sterilization and gas production effect and so on.
