目的：观察养阴清肺糖浆的镇咳祛痰作用。结果：养阴清肺糖浆能显著抑制浓氨水和 SO2诱导的小鼠咳嗽，能明显延长咳嗽潜伏期和减少咳嗽次数，能增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量和大鼠排痰量。结论：养阴清肺糖浆具有明显镇咳、祛痰作用。
Objective: To observe the antitussive and expectorant effects of Yangyinqingfei syrup. Results: Yangyin Qingfei Syrup can significantly inhibit the concentration of ammonia-water and SO2-induced cough in mice. It can significantly prolong the cough latency and reduce the number of coughs. It can increase the amount of phenol red excretion in rats and the amount of sputum discharged from rats. Conclusion: Yangyinqingfei syrup has obvious antitussive and expectorant effects.
