以重庆市2010年“国培”项目的参培教师和参培教师所在单位为调查对象,发现重庆市中小学教师职后教育的课程设置与教学研修方式存在针对性欠突出、结构欠均衡、脱离实践、忽视个体差异、忽视教师需求等弊端,建议通过建构“三性统筹、实践导向”的课程设置模式和“院校联动、上下结合”的教学研修方式来加以克服。
