应用造血祖细胞体外培养和流式细胞术(FCM),观察了脐血中粒-单系祖细胞(CFU-GM)和红系爆式集落(BFU-E)的数量和特性,并对其细胞增殖周期和成人骨髓及外周血做比较。结果显示,脐血中含丰富的CFU-GM和BFU-E,其数量低于骨髓而超过外周血水平;脐血BFU-E对红细胞生成素和爆,式促进活素表现出更高的敏感性;脐血S期、G_2+M期及S+G_2M期细胞数均明显低于骨髓,虽略高于外周血各期细胞数,但差别无显著性意义。
Using hematopoietic progenitor cells cultured in vitro and flow cytometry (FCM), the numbers and characteristics of CFU-GM and BFU-E in umbilical cord blood were observed and analyzed. The results showed that umbilical cord blood rich in CFU-GM and BFU-E, the number is lower than the bone marrow and peripheral blood levels; cord blood BFU-E on erythropoietin and burst, promoting activin showed higher sensitivity The number of cells in S phase, G 2 + M phase and S + G 2 M phase in umbilical cord blood was significantly lower than that in bone marrow, although it was slightly higher than that in peripheral blood cells, but the difference was not significant.
