本文通过运用结构方程模型方法,以江苏师范大学为例,定量检验了旅游管理专业大学生专业承诺和学习投入对学习收获的影响机制。研究发现,情感承诺是提升旅游管理专业大学生专业承诺的最重要因素。旅游管理专业大学生的学习投入和专业承诺显著的正向影响学习收获。
In this paper, we use the method of structural equation modeling to take Jiangsu Normal University as an example to quantitatively test the influence mechanism of professional commitment and learning input of tourism management majors on learning gain. The study found that emotional commitment is the most important factor in enhancing the professional commitment of tourism management majors. The tourism management professional college students’ learning input and professional commitment significantly positively influence the learning gain.
