以柠檬酸和金属盐为原料,采用有机凝胶–热还原法制备了α-Fe/BaFe12O19软硬磁复合粉体。通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和振动样品磁强计对还原产物的物相、形貌及磁性能进行了表征。结果表明:复合粉体的磁性能与两相的组成及还原工艺有关。随着还原温度升高和时间延长,复合粉体的饱和磁化强度逐渐升高,矫顽力却先下降后上升。在氢气–氮气中经375℃还原1h后,制备的α-Fe/BaFe12O19复合粉体的比饱和磁化强度为58.04A.m2/kg,矫顽力为32.54 kA/m,比剩余磁化强度为24.6 Am2/kg。
Using citric acid and metal salts as raw materials, α-Fe / BaFe12O19 soft and hard magnetic composite powders were prepared by the organic gel-thermal reduction method. The phase, morphology and magnetic properties of the reduced product were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and vibrating sample magnetometer. The results show that the magnetic properties of the composite powders are related to the composition of the two phases and the reduction process. With the increase of the reduction temperature and the extension of time, the saturation magnetization of the composite powders gradually increases, while the coercivity decreases first and then increases. The specific saturation magnetization of the prepared α-Fe / BaFe12O19 composite powders was 58.04A.m2 / kg, the coercive force was 32.54 kA / m, the remanent magnetization was 24.6 Am2 / kg.
