弧线齿面齿轮是一种新型齿轮,以弧线齿面齿轮的齿面方程为基础,在轴平面上对结点进行划分,并映射到齿面上,得到沿齿长、齿高方向均匀分布的结点,并以点云方式输入到CATIA软件中。根据啮合过程中齿面不同区域所起作用的不同,采用逆向造型技术及不同的曲面构造方法,完成了弧齿面齿轮的三维CAD模型,为进一步双弧线齿面齿轮的性能分析及数控仿真加工奠定了基础。
