本试验对两个玉米杂交组合的自交、回交后代和9个自交系及36个双列杂交种进行了玉米螟田间人工接种。所有材料一代螟抗感程度表现出显著的差异。两个杂交组合的后代遗传估计及9×9双列杂交的遗传分析一致表明:玉米对第一代亚洲玉米螟食叶的抗性是受多基因控制的数量性状,其遗传是以加性基因效应为主,显性基因效应也起一定的作用,抗性呈部分显性。
In this study, inoculation of two maize hybrids in the selfing, backcrossing and 9 inbred lines and 36 pairs of inbreds were inoculated in the field with corn borer. The resistance level of all the materials showed a significant difference in the generation of resistance. The genetic analysis of the offspring of two crosses and the genetic analysis of 9 × 9 double crosses consistently showed that the resistance of maize to leaf of the first generation Asian corn borer was quantitatively controlled by multiple genes and the inheritance was based on additive gene Effect-based, dominant gene effect also play a role, resistance was partially dominant.
